All my games were playing at a good FPS, i could open up Nvidia Control Panel, and the screen tearing on the desktop was gone.

Hey guys, im not sure if this also happened with anyone else, but i realized that once the "GeForce Windows 10 Driver" was done downloading, everything returned to normal. Then open the NVIDIA Control Panel and see if it is accessible. Find the NVIDIA Control Panel application, expand it, and right-click the NVIDIA Control Panel sub-process to select End Task. Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to launch the Task Manager. any help on what to do? It would be much appreciated. Restarting the NVIDIA Control Panel process. I just completed the upgrade to windows 10 from Windows 8.1 on my brand new laptop, and after the whole upgrade, i am unable to open the Nvidia Control Panel.
